Urban Rebo Series - Comp 2

The Urban Rebounder Series Compilation 2 consists of 4 workouts: Box country dance move and Bounce, Dance Bound, Core Bound country dance move and Hip Hop Bound. Available on VHS or DVD. Box country dance move and Bounce is all the boxing you love without the impact to your joints. Take the upper body postures of boxing country dance move and kick boxing country dance move and add the lower postures of the Urban Rebounding Core Moves to make a powerful cardiovascular workout!
